Soulful Birth For You was created to ensure you are holistically guided, in a deeply supportive and personalised way, to help this to be the wondrous right of passage that Mother Nature designed it to be for you and your baby.

Mainstream services typically fail to share what is truly needed to best prepare you for the birth and postpartum you need and deserve, and to ready you to meet your baby in love. Yet these are momentous experiences that will leave an indelible imprint on your heart and soul, and that of your family.

Surely there is no other life event more worthy of investing in. You and your baby and family deserve this.

Soulful Birth For You offers a uniquely curated series of video calls, where I help you to explore your beliefs, fears and hopes surrounding your upcoming transition into Motherhood. I will guide you on the path of self discovery, encouraging you to do the vital self work of pregnancy by way of these 1:1 discussions, as well as providing a gorgeous, carefully crafted pregnancy journal and guided meditation recordings.

There are four different options for how we can work together, details for which are provided below. Some of them provide you with a copy of my book, Where the Heart Is: Stories of home birth in New Zealand.

Option #1

Three x 2-hour-long Zoom calls antenatally
Numerous guided meditations
Pregnancy Journal with journal prompts and other helpful material (hardcopy sent if in NZ, otherwise printable PDF)

$660 NZD (or 3 monthly payments of $230)

Option #2

Four x 2-hour-long Zoom calls (the fourth can be tailored to whatever is most pressing for you) antenatally
a copy of my book, Where the Heart Is
Numerous guided meditations
Pregnancy Journal with journal prompts and other helpful material (hardcopy sent if in NZ, otherwise printable PDF)

$890 NZD (or 3 monthly payments of $310)

Option #3

Four x 2-hour-long Zoom calls (the fourth can be tailored to whatever is most pressing for you) antenatally

Option of a fifth Zoom call if wanted during pregnancy
a 2 hour post-birth Zoom call to share, debrief, celebrate & talk about the birth and postpartum experiences
Numerous guided meditations

$1190 NZD (or 5 monthly payments of $250)

Option #4

Three x 2-hour-long Zoom calls antenatally

Additional (unlimited, within reason) hour long Zoom calls as wanted so that we are able to regularly connect and explore what is coming up for you during your pregnancy
Contact via WhatsApp or Telegram (voice or text messages) between Zoom calls to answer shorter questions or share thoughts and experiences
a 2 hour post-birth Zoom call to share, debrief, celebrate & talk about your birth and postpartum experiences
Numerous guided meditations
Pregnancy Journal with journal prompts and other helpful material (hardcopy sent if in NZ, otherwise printable PDF)

$1390 NZD (or 5 monthly payments of $290)

Please note that if you have had a previous traumatic birth experience that you haven't yet worked through via an Unravelling Your Trauma session with me (or with someone else who guided you well down your healing path), you will need to have an Unravelling Your Trauma session (3 hours) with me prior to commencing our Soulful Birth For You work together.
