Personal Support Options
The value of being able to talk with someone who understands what you have been through, and knows how important your birth and postpartum experience is to your sense of wellbeing, cannot be overstated. The healing process begins with being listened to by a compassionate person, someone who validates your thoughts and feelings surrounding your birth.
Following a traumatic birth, women are frequently fed the undermining line that, "A healthy baby is all that matters." As your Healing Birth guide, I acknowledge that the emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing of parents is incredibly important, too. I’m here to help you process what happened, and to assist you with finding ways to move forwards positively.

Unravelling Your Trauma
Despite it being a very common experience, birth trauma is largely invisibilised. Struggling new parents are encouraged to be grateful at the expense of their own difficult emotions. Please know that your trauma is real, it is valid and it deserves healing. You are worthy of the support that this work with me will offer.
Havening®
